The Controlled Drugs and Substances Act is amended by adding the following after section 7: Methamphetamine 7.1 No person shall produce, possess or sell (a) any substance or any equipment or other material that is intended for use in the production of methamphetamine; or (b) any equipment or other material that is intended for use in trafficking in methamphetamine.
