This Act may be cited as the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Day Act. PIERRE ELLIOTT TRUDEAU DAY Pierre Elliott Trudeau Day 2. Throughout Canada, in each and every year, October 18 shall be known as “Pierre Elliott Trudeau Day” in recognition of the contribution made by Pierre Elliott Trudeau to Canadian society. Not a legal holiday 3. For greater certainty, Pierre Elliott Trudeau Day is not a legal holiday or a non-juridical day.
