Section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act is amended by adding the following after subsection (1): Nominee of Canadian labour organizations (1.1) In appointing the six other permanent members, the Governor in Council shall consult with the representatives of Canadian labour organizations, including the Canadian Labour Congress, to ensure that at least one of those permanent members is a nominee of Canadian labour organizations.
