N-22 NAVIGABLE WATERS PROTECTION ACT 1. Part 2 of the schedule to the Navigable Waters Protection Act, as it reads immediately after the coming into force of section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, is amended by adding after item 1 in the columns shown the following: Item: “1.1” Column 1: “Peel River” Column 2: “67°41′50″ N, 134°30′54″ W” Column 3: “65°51′16″ N, 137°15′15″ W” Column 4: “From the confluence with the Blackstone and Ogilvie rivers to the Mackenzie River” COMING INTO FORCE Coming into force 2. This Act comes into force on the later of the day section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012 comes into force and the day on which this Act receives royal assent.
