Section 13 of the Employment Insurance Act is renumbered as subsection 13(1) and is amended by adding the following: Exception (2) The waiting period referred to in subsection (1) does not apply in respect of a claimant who is enrolled in an apprenticeship program. 2. Section 152.15 of the Act is renumbered as subsection 152.15(1) and is amended by adding the following: Exception (2) The waiting period referred to in subsection (1) does not apply in respect of a self-employed person who is enrolled in an apprenticeship program.
