N-22 NAVIGABLE WATERS PROTECTION ACT 1. Part 2 of the schedule to the Navigable Waters Protection Act, as it reads immediately after the coming into force of section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, is amended by adding after item 3 in the columns shown the following: Item: “3.1” Column 1: “Somass River” Column 2: “49°14′47″ N, 124°49′12″ W” Column 3: “49°17′36″ N, 124°52′56″ W” Column 4: “From the confluence of the Stamp River and the Sproat River to Alberni Inlet” COMING INTO FORCE Coming into force 2. This Act comes into force on the later of the day section 331 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012 comes into force and the day on which this Act receives royal assent.
