F-11 Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows: 1 The Financial Administration Act is amended by adding the following after section 155: Delegation to Receiver General 155.‍01 The Receiver General is authorized to act for the appropriate Minister for the recovery of any prescribed debt that has not been recovered within the prescribed period.
