This Act may be cited as the Phosphorus Control Act. REGULATIONS Regulations 2. The Minister of the Environment shall, within 12 months after the day on which this Act comes into force, make regulations prohib- iting the use, sale, manufacture and distribution of detergent to be used in a dishwasher, whether commercial or household, that contains more than 0.5 per cent phosphorus by weight.
