C-46 Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows: 1. The Criminal Code is amended by adding the following after section 130: Aggravating circumstance 130.1 If a person is convicted of an offence under section 130, the court imposing the sentence on the person shall consider as an aggravating circumstance the fact that the accused personated a peace officer for the purpose of facilitating the commission of another offence.
