The portion of subsection 494(2) of the Criminal Code after paragraph (b) is replaced by the following: may, within a reasonable period, arrest without warrant a person whom he finds committing a criminal offence on or in relation to that property or a person who, on reasonable grounds, he believes has committed such an offence.
