(3) Paragraph 142(1)( b) of the Act is” ( b) replacing line 18 on page 5 with the following: “(4) Subsection 142(1) of the Act is” ( c) replacing line 1 on page 6 with the following: “(5) Section 142 of the Act is amended by” ( d) replacing lines 4 and 5 on page 6 with the following: “information referred to in paragraph (1)( c) at least 14 days, where”
